My Life In Hell (The Ugly Truth)

Besides the huge gaping hole on the window ledge/border outside the kitchen window made by a squirrel, the roof that leakes, old decrepid, faulty wiring, kitchen lights that don't work, the oven that hasn't worked since 1992. the front door lock that can be opened with just turning the knob from the outside, the toilet that barely flushes, 3 missing windows with the rest ready to fall out, the intercom that's broken, the mailboxs that are falling apart, the rats, the rotted and deteriorated wood frame structure, the peeling paint on the walls and the ceiling; the mold due to the re-tooling of the boiler to get next to no heat, now no heat or hot water, but increased humidity, mold on everything even clothing, not mention rust. The humidity can penetrate even closed containers such as salt. Wood rotted where radiator leaked. Then there is the device that allows water to fill and drain from the tub, it's worn out, the bathroom sink that needs washers or else it drips and the valve has to be turned off, the threads on the shower and tub hot and cold water knobs have worn out and have to be replaced or else drip and it has become so bad that the tub fills with water and has to be drained with a bucket; it's impossible to shut the water off. I have to heat my own hot water using gas I'm paying for; and yet I'm paying rent and not getting hot water or any other services. The metal faucet over the tub has degraded and is breaking apart into bits and pieces, the toilet bowl has a crack in it, the bathroom door lock mechanism rusted have to keep it taped so I won't get locked in or out, windows to fragile to open or close, inner spring mechanism in windows worn. A neighbor died, at least I think that may have been what happened; that was three weeks ago, that's about when they shut off the hot water. I'm about the only person left here now. For no hot water I'm supposed to call 311 and that f-ing no good agency, Housing Preservation and Development get a complaint number and wait 45 days for someone to show up, wait for them to notify me that they contacted the managing agent of this property telling them that they have to give hot water, and on October 15th Heat; only to be told that they are giving hot water, because by then these brats will be back. The hot water is for them, not for one solitary tenent. Then H.P.D. will send me a letter telling me that I don't have a complaint? Screw them and that miserable f-ing Deputy Commissioner Vito Mustaciuolo who has got a f-ing rod up his ass or maybe it's his head or both. Then Commissioner Rafael Ecestero and first Deputy Commissioner Douglas Apple office of enforcement and neighborhood services 100 Gold st. N.Y., N.Y. 10030, Tele. 212-863-6100. The cretins that work for Lesser, one in particular named pedro are socio-paths. They all do everything Lesser tells them to do. If Lesser wants them to harass you it's done; if they want baby wranglers to wipe their ass's it's done. These (j)ewish (A)merican (P)rinces and princesses wouldn't dream of wiping their own ass's not when they have cheap ready and willing labor with questionable alien legal status from south of the border to do it for them. Where ever you have the chasidic you have these south of the border laborers who do all the grunge work that these pampered royals won't get their hands dirty doing for themselves, because their too good to do it themselves or to do an honest days work. Why bother when you can get someone else to do your dirty work, including anything that's questionable and not legal or as they would put it kosher. Deputy Commissioner Vito Mustaciuolo that no good SOB tells me take Lesser to court, only he sends his lawyers to do his dirty work and Lesser knows the courts won't enforce any judge's decision. The judges are in his pocket. The judges are in the pockets of all of them. If this weren't true the homeless wouldn't be homeless. Every one of those no good f-ing SOB's let me down, from Baltic st. AEH, HPD, the State Division Of Housing and Community Renewal's Jon Wallach. On top of paying rent for nothing; to add insult to injury I now have to pay extra for gas just to heat water. I thought it was an advocates job to advocate on behalf of their client. Even though Baltic st. AEH are'nt really advocates they should have done something, including finding out what my status as a tenent was from DHCR, which was actively involved in the dispute with Lesser before they decided we didn't have a case, because we weren't rent-controlled. Pity the poor landlord. If these mental cases at Baltic st. AEH had any initiative they would have on their own helped me access what ever services were out there. We live in a country/ society that have laws, but these laws favor the rich and special interest groups such as Rabbi Abraham Lesser, and discriminate against the poor, less fortunate and the under served. When did those sick, self-serving parasites from Baltic st. AEH do anything to help me, or go with me for anything having to do with my housing situation? When didn't they have a ready excuse? I'm suffering needlessly because you look for any and every excuse to weasel out of excepting any responsibility and doing anything. If those idiots at 250 Baltic st. knew, and they did, how horrendous my situation was, they had a moral as well as a legal obligation to do something above and beyond what little they're required to do even if it meant taking the initiative, but then their idiots. And you're all hypocritical self serving monsters.
