My Life In Hell
When someone needs help where do they go for it, where do they look? I don't know. I thought I did. I thought that the people and places that were supposed to help would. The truth is they won't. It's a myth. Help for someone who needs it doesn't exist. The programs that are supposed to, that recieve city, state, and federal funding are out and out frauds. Programs such as the peer advocacy centers such as the Brooklyn Peer Advocacy center in Cobble Hill Brooklyn; and Community access in Manhattan. B.P.A.C at 250 Baltic st. in B'klyn specifically. The people there consider themselves mental health consumers, a diplomatic term for mental cases. They get paid for basicly sitting on their rear ends doing nothing. What they do is basicly busy work once they get out of mental institutions. The jobs are manufactured and designed to train them and keep them out of trouble. They are unreliable, incompetent and when you need help with a problem, an appointment to be somewhere they leave you in the lurch. Make all kinds of excuses for why they won't do anything, and don't have the decentcy to be honest. They can't they're pathological liars. They are never held accountable; if anything, they cover each others rear ends. The agencies that are supposed to monitor them, and when necessary take complaints don't do anything. Agencies such as the State Office Of Mental Health-44 Holland Ave., Albany,N.Y. 12229. With Commissioner Sharon Carpinello; and the Public Advocate, Bill DiBlasio,1 Centre st. N.Y.C. Bill DiBlasio who got elected, because like Mike Bloomberg owe his allegence to special interest groups like the very powerful jewish lobby, who made sure they got elected. So DiBlasio and Bloomberg owe them favors, but feel no responsibility to serve us. These "mental health consumers have no business taking money for doing nothing. these places shouldn't even exist, they waste money and are an indulgence, that we shouldn't have to pay for. The Public Advocate exists. the supposed purpose was to advocate for those not recieving help from the mayors office etc. DiBlasio Bloomberg and carpinello are self serving frauds. They refuse to help or respond and are indiscreet. Something that should remain private and confidential winds up in the hands of the parties in question. Not one of these agencies excepts responsibility. Not the St.OMH and comm. S. Carpinello. Not the Pub.Adv.and B. DiBlasio, or the mayors' office and Bloomberg. Their all to busy serving themselves at our expense. So if I have a desperate need for decent affordable housing, who do I go to that won't either ignor me and remain unresponsive to my problems, give me lipservice,or dump me and my situation. To be continued.
