It does't seem as though anyone is capable of telling the truth, taking responsibility or putting someone elses needs above their own. What does Bill Di Blasio N.Y.C.'s newly elected Public Advocate and his staff do all day long? It doesn't seem as though they do anything. What does any of the agencies do? It doesn't seem as though anyone is capable of telling the truth,taking responsibility or putting someone elses needs above their own. What does N.YC.'s newly elected Public Advocate and his staff do all day long? They don't seem to do anything. What does any of these agencies do? I've been having a problem with the Baltic Street AEH, Inc. located at 250 Baltic St. 3rd fl. B'klyn, N.Y. 11201 Tele. No 718-875-7744. When I complained to both DiBlasio and Commissioner Sharon Carpinello of the N.Y.S. Office Of Mental Health, got no response, no help. In fact my letters, instead of being handled with discretion and confidetially were sent to the object of my complaint. I tried to find out if I could file a formal complaint, if there was a regulatory/watch dog agency that monitors and takes complaints against these peer centers. The people at these centers like to call themselves mental health consumers. These centers were created essentially as busy work, because basicly they sit on their butts and do nothing. These centers get city, state, possibly federal funding. The workers are unreliable and incompetent. If their is an appointment to be kept expect you to accomodate them and if necessary to change the date of the appointment so they won't be inconvenienced. If you ask for any help are un responsive, evasive and skirt around the truth. they stare at you with a blank, vacant, empty look; then close ranks when they find out about the complaints. They cover each others butts, There are never any consequences, except for the person needing help. they are never held responsible for anything that goes wrong when it's their fault. there were so many times they could have done something. So many sources they could have used. So many ways they could have helped, but instead of taking the initiative they did nothing. They just sat on their hands and made excuses. I'm existing, I can't say living, because this isn't living; in a hell hole, and not only is everyone in that insane asylum covering their own ass; their covering each others'. They do what they want and there are no consequences. They get off scott free and go merrily on their way. There is no regulatory system in place to monitor what really goes on in these places. Humans don't know how to tell the truth. Lying comes as easily as breathing. They wouldn't know the truth or how to tell it if it bit them on the butt; or tapped them on the shoulder and introduced itself. To be continued.

No responsible employer would tolerate such inexcusible, irresponsible,selfish behavior. They can't function out in the real world and hold down a real job; so the State Office Of Mental Health has manufactured jobs for them and coddles them, they are never held accountable. No one is and I'm paying the price for this. The corrupt politicians aren't made to answer for any of this. This enrages me, but it doesn't seem to bother anyone else. There are no web sites for complaining, there is no monitoring what goes on in these so called peer advocacy centers. Instead of being made to take responsibility, and let go for screwing up something critical for me, because of her selfishness and instability; Carla Kaplan Berkley gets rewarded by a transfer to a different department of the Baltic street Mental Health Board. It's not in human nature to help anyone else. Humans are too primative, barbaric ,animalistic, and selfish. Israel and the Palestinians can't even coexist their constantly at each others throats; and their problems began thousands of years ago as tribal conflicts. To make ahome for themselves Israel takes land from the palestinians that they had absolutely no right to, and justify it as they always do when thay want to excuse inexcusable behavior. Because the Israelis didn't have a homeland, to create one they took, stole the palestinians homeland, their rightful land.Their bullies. The Israelis blame the Palestinians for violence. I'd be violent too if I had done to me what the Palestinians did to them. They weren't given any options. When does it stop? The United States sides with Israel for what, money? Because the Jews wield an enourmous amount of power and influence and effect who gets elected. The jews think, believe that they are gods chosen people, their words.

The sunset park community center is one of the worst. not only do they do what ever they want and get away with it, you're forced to work under horrible substandard conditions; including being forced to put up with whatever the staff feels like doing. That includes having to listen to a radio while working at the computer. What crappy music. What can I do. I don't have a choice; but then, when did I ever have a choice.

Nick Kristof is a self-promoting fraud. He was previewed on the t.v. program Now several months back. He's a hypocrite. He professes to be so concerned for the well fare of people in other countries that are less developed going through hardships, horrendous at times. He had a camera crew follow him through his exploits. The film which aired on the PBS program Now. He wants people of this country to be aware of what's going on and become involved. Yeah right; as though these selfish people, who are so self-absorbed that they can't live without the latest tech gadget, and have their cell phones glued to their ears; are even aware of the problems of people right here in this country; He expects that they suddenly going start to care about what's going on elsewhere; become involved and change things? Speaking of which, makes me ask why isn't there any concern for people living here right under his nose? There are people right here that have fallen through the cracks of the system, considered invisible non-entities by a corrupt system. Are the problems of the people of this country, and what they must be suffering through any less important and therefore not in need of reporting? I am one such person that is going through something that I can't get anyone to listen to, or do anything about. Where is the concern for those of us who don't have anyone to speak on and advocate on our behalf here? What does Nick Kristof expect to get out of this, a Pulitzer Prize? I've given up expecting any good from anyone. I don't believe there is any genuine goodness in anyone. The inhabitants of this planet are too barbaric and primative. Frankly, I think he is being disingenuous and phoney. There is just no honesty or integrity. Not that this helps me, but even if he were on the level; does he seriously expect these ego-centric morons with a gigantic sense of entitlement to look beyond their own needs, be a good samaritan, put someone elses needs above their own? I challenged him to respond. I knew he wouldn't,and he didn't. Which proved me right.

Even Parks and Recreation commissioner Adrian Benepe is Bloombergs flunky. The community centers are a fraud, you pay a membership fee whether you can afford to and don't get the services. The only ones to benefit are Michael Bloomberg and Adrian Benepe, as well as the students who get everything for free because they're being subsidized by us, because we pay for them to use the facilities. They get special programs just for them, which we don't get. They're catered to, given special treatment. Once you're over the age of 17 you may as well not even exist anymore; that is ageism, age descrimination. It's all for the children; so what becomes of us, too bad,so sad? What Bloomberg wants Bloomberg gets. He wanted 311 so he wouldn't be bothered having to deal with our "petty problems. He wanted a third term so he manipulated things to get that third term, despite the fact that voters, voted for term limits. He disregards what we want. He's arrogant. We have to be out of the centers come 2 o'clock we aren't allowed to be in the facilities supposedly because the students are due,but that's a lie; it's the PandR staff who use the facilities. The equipment isn't maintained; your not supposed to bring food in but the staff does. When I want to get certain site without warning I'm denied access for no reason. When I tried to get two email addresses-mhershenson@balticstreet.org , and asgarlato@balticstreet.org I was denied access again for no good reason. Why, it makes no sense, and it's descriminatory, hypocritical.
